S.E. GA. WOODWORKERS’ GUILD
Meeting Minutes—February 10, 2009

Our regular monthly business meeting was held at the shop of Mike Rietveld at 7:30pm.  President Mike Hanna opened the meeting at 7:35pm 4 members attending (Mike Hanna, Allen Kuhl, Mike Rietveld, and Gary Fleenor).
Officers:  Mike Hanna—President,
                Pat Clark—Vice-President,
                Amanda Hanna—Secretary
                Allen Kuhl—Treasurer

Opening/Old Business/Updates:
1.  The “Pledge of Allegiance” was conducted.
2.  Secretary’s Report was approved.
3.  Treasurer’s Report was approved with $967.89 in account.
4.  Committee Reports:
     a. Attending committees reported.

 New Business:
No new business was discussed.

(Meeting adjourned at 7:45pm by Mike Hanna).

Upcoming Events/Guild Meetings:
1.  General Woodworker’s Meeting:  (February 14th) Saturday following monthly Business Meeting, at 2:00pm at Mike Hanna’s shop.
2.  Turner’s Meeting:  1st Tuesday each month (March 3rd) at 7:30pm at Mike Rietveld’s shop.
3.  Business Meeting:  2nd Tuesday each month (March 10t h) at 7:30pm at Mike Rietveld’s shop.   
4.  General Woodworker’s Meeting:   (March 14th) Saturday after monthly Tuesday Business Meeting, at 2:00pm at Mike Hanna’s shop.
5. Woodbine Crawfish Festival: April 24th – April 25th?
